Entry Information
Attention Exhibitors! Registration for the 2026 Hill District Grandstand Show opens on November 1, 2025. You can enter online for the Hill District Grandstand Show. Don’t worry if you have multiple exhibitors in your family, you’ll just need to complete the online entry process for each exhibitor individually. The entry fee is $35 per head, with a limit of 2 heads per market show.
Mark your calendars. The entry deadline for the Hill District Grandstand Show isΒ November 20, 2025. Make sure that CEAs and AST have all Hill District Grandstand Entries approved for their club/chapter by midnight on December 2nd.
βLate entries will be accepted for the Hill District Grandstand Show from December 3rd to December 15th, with a late fee of $100. Please note that Day of Arrival entries may also be completed for each respective division, with a $250.00 fee per entry.

Who can enter the Hill District Grandstand?
Are you a passionate Texas youth involved in a 4-H or FFA club or chapter? We have an exciting opportunity just for you! Members in good standing from across Texas counties are invited to participate in the 2026 Hill District Grandstand!
The Heifer, Purebred & Crossbred Gilt Divisions, Breeding Sheep, Turkeys, Livestock Judging, and Agriculture Mechanics competitions are now open to all Texas Youth involved in 4-H or an FFA Club.Β
MARKET LAMB, GOAT, STEER, SWINE DIVISIONS:
These include Atascosa, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Comal, Concho, Crockett, Dimmitt, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Kinney, Lampasas, Live Oak, Llano, Mason, Maverick, McCulloch, Medina, Menard, Reagan, Real, San Saba, Schleicher, Sutton, Upton, Uvalde, Val Verde, Wilson, and Zavala counties.
