Attention Exhibitors! Are you ready to enter the exciting world of the Hill District Grandstand? Here’s all the information you need to know to be a part of this amazing event!

Online Entry Process:
To enter, each exhibitor must complete the online entry process. If you have multiple exhibitors in your family, please ensure that you create separate accounts for each exhibitor and complete the entry process for each exhibitor. Don’t worry, it’s just $35 per head, but keep in mind that there is a limit of 2 heads per market show.

Late Entries: Missed the regular and late entry deadline? No problem! For those who like to live on the edge, exhibitors can also enter on the arrival day for each division for $250.00.

AST/CEA Entry Approval:
If you’re a student entering under a chapter/club, CEAs & AST will need to approve your entry. Don’t worry, it’s easy! Here’s how to get your entry approved:

  1. Go to the Online Entry Portal.
  2. Login as a club (use your password from last year or for San Angelo).
  3. Select “Go to my account.”
  4. Choose “Approve entries made under this club.”
  5. You’ll see all the exhibitors and entries made under your club.
  6. Simply select the box under the “approved” column for each entry you wish to approve and click “save changes” at the bottom.
  7. Once approved, your entries will turn green on your profile.

Returning Exhibitors:
If you’ve shown at the Hill District Grandstand before, your information is already in the system. Just select the option “I have previously registered this year” and sign in with your name and the password you used previously. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you forget your password, please reset it using the reset feature on the site or contact us at [email protected]. Again, there’s no need to create a new account.

New Hill District Grandstand Exhibitors:
Welcome! If you’re a new exhibitor or haven’t registered this year yet, simply select the option “I am a new exhibitor or have yet to register this year.” If you’ve already created an account and are logging back in, use the password you set when creating your account. And remember, if you’re entering an Ag Mechanics team, select the toggle button at the top left of the Sign-in box.

That’s it! Now it’s time to add/update the exhibitor information and hit the continue button at the bottom. If you showed last year, your information should already be saved, but please take a moment to double-check and make any necessary edits.
