2027 Hill District Grandstand Show Registration

Attention Exhibitors! It’s time to enter the exciting world of the Hill District Grandstand! Here’s all the information you need to know to be a part of this amazing event!

Regular registration runs from November 1, 2026, to December 1, 2026.

Standard Entry:

  • Fee: $40 per head, with a maximum limit of 2 heads per market show.
  • Individual Entries: Each exhibitor, including those from the same family, requires a separate online entry.

Late Entry Deadlines and Fees:

  • December 2 – December 15: A late entry fee of $100 will apply.
  • December 16 – January 1, 2027: A late entry fee of $200 will apply.
  • Day-of-Arrival Entries: From January 2, 2027, until the final arrival deadline for each division, entries can be submitted at a fee of $350 per entry.
  • Incorrect Entry: If your entry contains an error, you can request a correction for a fee of $40, and we’ll update it for you.

Online Entry Process:

  • Online Entry and Payment: All entries must be completed and paid for online.
  • Quality Counts and Heifer Validation: Exhibitors must complete Quality Counts certification before entering. The system is updated weekly, so recent certifications may take time to appear. If a recently validated heifer isn’t listed, select “Other” to manually enter it.
  • Entry Submission: It’s recommended that submissions be completed on a computer for easier navigation.

EDUCATOR INFORMATION

  1. Log in to the educator portal of Texas Show Pass using your email address. If your email is not active, please email [email protected] to request access.
  2. You will see a list of the exhibitors entered under your club/chapter.

For CEAs and AST: All Hill District Grandstand Entries must be approved for your club/chapter by midnight on December 2nd.

Entry Review Options: Please follow the guidelines below when approving entries:

Approve Entries: Approve if the entry details are accurate and the student is eligible to show under your club/chapter. Even if the student lacks Quality Counts information, still approve the entry. We will verify this information with the state.

Report Issue: If any entry or personal details are incorrect, email us. We will work with you and the family to update any incorrect information.

Reject Entry: Reject an entry only if you do not approve the exhibitor to participate in the Hill District Grandstand Show. Rejection means the exhibitor cannot show under your club/chapter. Do not reject for missing Quality Counts, incorrect entries, or personal information.
