Anistan Stivors, Medina Valley FFA

Anistan Stivors, from Castroville, TX, has made her mark on the livestock industry at the 2025 Hill District Grandstand. At only 17, Anistan has already achieved what many dream of by taking home the Champion Berkshire Gilt banner. It’s a testament to her unwavering commitment and love for showing.

Anistan’s journey with her prized gilt has been filled with memorable moments. The first time she brushed her is her favorite moment. The gilt’s pure joy was evident as she playfully toppled over, and loved it! It is this bond, built on trust and care, that has propelled Anistan to the top of her game.

Beyond the Show Ring

As a high school senior, Anistan is the epitome of a well-rounded individual. Her days are packed with softball games, pig shows, and travels. Yet she still finds time to coach cheerleaders. Her involvement with Medina Valley FFA has only deepened her love for agriculture and community service.

Looking ahead, Anistan plans to further her education at Texas Tech University, where she aims to pursue a dual degree in Human Sciences and Nursing. Her ultimate goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner, blending her compassion for helping others with her academic interests.
