Fredericksburg, TX — January 12, 2023— The Hill District Grandstand Show is scheduled to take place next week, January 15 through January 21, 2023 in Gillespie, Llano, Kerr and Kendall Counties.The week will culminate with The Hill District Grandstand Show’s Youth Auctionwhich will take place on next Saturday, January 21, 2023.  The HDGS Youth Auction will reward a year-long commitment made by our youth.   Each child in this sale made a commitment which included many early mornings, late-night feedings, and the priceless experience of raising a show animal project.  On January 21, 2023, we, as supporters of our next generation, will come together to reward their pursuit of excellence in agriculture.  Again, each project is an investment ~ an investment of time, money, hard work, and persistence.  Let these traits in our youth inspire you to help each of them make it to the finish line.  THEIR future is OUR future!  Come join us and get to know these kids.  Come hear their stories.  Come hear their victories, hardships, and lessons learned.  We need the Hill Country’s support to make this happen.  If you were a previous buyer at 2022’s Hill District Grandstand Show or would like to become a new buyer at the Hill District Grandstand Show’s Youth Auction, we welcome you on January 21^st!  We will begin the day at 11:00 a.m. withbuyer check-in and a meal at 12:00 p.m.  The auction will begin at 1:00 p.m.  It will be held at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds Exhibition Hall in Fredericksburg, TX.  If you cannot attend, we welcome your monetary commitment to these kids.
