2027 Hill District Grandstand Show: Entry Information
Exhibitors, mark your calendars! Online registration for the 2027 Hill District Grandstand Show is open from November 1st to December 1st, 2026.
For CEAs and AST: All Hill District Grandstand Entries must be approved for your club/chapter by midnight on December 2nd.
Standard Entry:
- Fee: $40 per head, with a maximum limit of 2 heads per market show.
- Individual Entries: Each exhibitor, including those from the same family, requires a separate online entry.
Late Entry Deadlines and Fees:
- December 2 – December 15: A late entry fee of $100 will apply.
- December 16 – January 1: A late entry fee of $200 will apply.
- Day-of-Arrival Entries: From January 2, 2027, until the arrival deadline for each division, entries can be submitted at a fee of $350 per entry.
- Incorrect Entry: If your entry contains an error, you can request a correction for a fee of $35, and we’ll update it for you.

Who Can Enter the Hill District Grandstand?
Are you a dedicated member of a Texas 4-H or FFA club? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you! Youth members in good standing from counties across Texas are invited to take part in the 2026 Hill District Grandstand.
Competitions in the heifer, purebred and crossbred gilt divisions, breeding sheep, turkeys, livestock judging, and agricultural mechanics categories are open to all Texas youth actively participating in 4-H or FFA clubs.
